Housing Element Update 2014-2021
The City Community and Economic Development Department intends to select a qualified Consultant to develop an update to the City's Housing Element of the General Plan for the 2014-2021 planning period. The selected Consultant will review the existing Housing Element and will revise the document to reflect current conditions, city policies, and methods to meet the housing requirements mandated by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Emphasis will be placed on developing a clear, concise, and legally defensible Housing Element that meets the varied housing needs of the Community.
