Housing & Neighborhood Development Plan Element
The City is embarking upon its first City-wide Comprehensive Plan in nearly 30 years and is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to assist with the Housing and Neighborhood Development element. This RFP is divided into two parts: Part A: Housing and Neighborhood Development Peer Review and Consultation Services; and Part B: Citywide Housing Market Study. Offerors may choose to submit a proposal for one part or both parts. In all cases, costs must be itemized for each part individually.
