Housekeeping Service
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Housekeeping Services issued by Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (henceforth referred to as "The Division").
The Division is requesting applications to provide the program for the period October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The Division's mission is to improve and maintain the quality of life for Delawareans who are elderly, or who are at least eighteen years of age with physical disabilities. The Division is committed to the development and delivery of consumer driven services, which maximize independence through individual choice in the least restrictive environment possible enabling individuals to continue living active and productive lives, and protecting those who may be vulnerable or at risk.
