Housekeeping Management Services

The Contractor shall provide management services, supervision, all equipment, cleaning materials, cleaning supplies, and other supplies and materials including liquid dispenser soap, trash receptacle liners, and paper products used for cleaning to perform complete housekeeping services of all facilities listed in Attachment A Buildings Covered List and any other buildings and facilities added at the discretion of the Contract Administrator. Note: Paper towels and toilet paper for customer use are funded by the University.
