Household Travel Survey
The goal of the Management Consultant Contract is to provide general survey expertise and ensure that the overall HTS effort is a success. The objectives of the Management Consultant project are two-fold, namely, to ensure that survey efforts are well coordinated and consistent; and assist in reviewing and monitoring survey results from Augment Survey Consultant to ensure all products meet quality assurance standards.
