The State is seeking bids for the 2012 Vermont Household Insurance Survey, a random digit dial telephone survey to measure the health insurance coverage status and related information for the Vermont population. The survey is considered an important policy tool for health care reform in Vermont. The scope of work includes survey planning, instrument development and pre-testing, survey fielding, data processing and weighting, analysis and a series of preliminary and final reports, public presentations and consultative assistance with interpretation of findings, and data services to support ongoing access to the analytical data set.
