This procurement remains UNRESTRICTED. However, IAW 13 CFR § 121.201, the size standard for NAICS Code 237990 has been revised to $30.0 million effective 19 August 2019.
All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 18 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 39.54%; Small Disadvantaged Business 19.54%; Woman Owned Small Business 6.15%; HUBZONE Small Business 1.25%; and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3.52%.
The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
