Hoteling for official USG visits to Jerusalem
The requirement is for the providing of (HOTEL) lodging rooms for Official US Government visits to the City of Jerusalem. The estimated number of hotel rooms for one year is 1,220 rooms and 3,710 room nights. The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts for this requirement. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
