Work scope includes selective demolition, concrete sawcutting/ structural concrete foundations, misc. structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry/casework, doors/frames/hardware, mtl. stud framing/insulation/GWB/acoustical ceilings, new wood framed storefront system, Glazing and mirrors, fiber cement siding, painting, ceramic tile, resilient & carpet flooring, signage, toilet & bath accessories, fire protection specialties, fire sprinklers, appliances, bike racks, landscaping and final cleaning.
