Hotel Corporate Partners
The University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to become hotel corporate partners.
In order to be considered, bid should include:
Discounted rate for visiting teams, parents, recruits, alumni, game officials, etc.
Allotment of comp room nights to be distributed at the discretion of the Director of Athletics or her designee. (Use of comp room nights will be subject to availability.)Please include number of rooms on uploaded attachment per mandatory sheet.
Free or discounted breakfast
Free bus parking
Property must be within 25 minutes of the campus
