The County is seeking a Hosted Transit Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System to manage customer calls to its transit information phone lines. Initially, callers shall hear pre-recorded announcements regarding next and future bus or train departure times at stops, informational announcements, or transfer to the Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) for live assistance.
