Hospital Report Card and Consumer Healthcare Guide Web Based
The contract will provide the Division of Patient Safety and Quality with an on line web based Hospital Report Card and a Consumer Guide that will meet the requirements of PA 94-0275, the Hospital Report Card Act, and PA 94-027, the Consumer Guide to Health Care(Health Finance Reform Act). The system developed through the contract will be able to have single and multiple measures for any one provider and will be able to compare multiple providers. The vendor will have the ability to validate, organize, and risk adjust data according to IDPH specifications.
