The Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council Education and Research Foundation (Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization headquartered in Irving, Texas. For more than 40 years, the Foundation has been dedicated to improving the region's patient safety and quality of care with more than 100 partners that include hospitals, universities, and community organizations. We are currently releasing a Request for Information (RFI) as we seek information from qualified vendors to potentially partner with in future endeavors.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is as follows:
To invite qualified vendors to provide information about their application that is currently available and meets our need for data cleansing and state data submission;
To obtain a high level indication of vendor capability to provide an appropriate technical solution to the Foundation;
To obtain an understanding of costs associated with suggested technologies.
