This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Specifications
-Mid Back, Guest chair with arms
- Overall dimensions to be 35¾"h x 25½"w x 28" or greater.
- The chair frame shall be of a cantilever base configuration that allows for passive flex and yield with occupants movements
- Structure shall be completely encased in the seat and backseat foam.
- Backrest shall have an upholstered surface of approximately 21¼h x 19½"w. Back foam shall have a depth of 2¼ or greater and a density of 2.8 lbs/ft³ or greater. Outer backrest shall be fully upholstered.
-Seat shall have an upholstered surface of approximately 19½"w x 19½"d and the front edge shall be "waterfall" in design. Seat foam shall be injection molded with a depth of 3" or greater, a density of 3 lbs/ft3 or greater.
-Chair frame shall have integrated arms and four self-leveling glides
-Armrest caps shall have a steel substructure molded into resilient mar-proof urethane, 13½" in or greater in length and 3" in width or greater.
-Vinyl fabric is a must. Colors of chair need to be Webscape Lapis WS004, and Skate Black Ice SK006.
-Chair shall meet or exceed California Fire Technical Bulletin 133.
- Seating structure shall be warranted, including all components, for the life of the chair, with a 5 year warranty on all other components
- Must provide a stable and secure support for an individual of 300 lb or greater
