Hospital Bill Audit Services
The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Hospital Bill Audit Services for the State Office of State Employee Workers Compensation and Injury Prevention (WCP). The selected vendor will provide audits of medical claims before they are paid. The analysis compares physician orders and other medical record documentation to itemized billed charges. Hospital bill audits may occur on-site at the facility, or via a desk-audit program if the facility agrees.
