NOUN: Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic; PRON: D18B0337D1, NSN: 4720-01-4528634, PN: 13213262-5, Quantity: 10 each plus four options of a minimum of 10 each and a maximum of 50 each applicable to the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Redstone Technical Test Center, Cottonwood Rd Bldg. 8022 MF 4500, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-8052. Required delivery with Production Lot Testing for all items is 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA).
This requirement is restricted to EATON-AEROQUIP, (CAGE CODE 00624) and LOCKHEED MARTIN (CAGE CODE 64059). The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.
