Horseshoe Farm Park
The City of Raleigh Department of Parks and Recreation invites firms to
submit qualifications for consulting services including planning, engineering
and architectural design services to develop construction documents, provide
bidding assistance, construction observation and administration through
project closeout for phase one of Horseshoe Farm Park, associated site
infrastructure and amenities.
Horseshoe Farm Park is a 146 acre site located in northeast Raleigh, NC.
The park is located on an oxbow of the Neuse River. A large portion of the
site is designated as a State Natural Heritage area.
