Horizontal Lifeline Fall Protection System
The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is seeking a Vendor to furnish and install a horizontal lifeline fall
protection system for its River Otter Exhibit. The River Otter Exhibit is located in the Piedmont Gallery section of the Aquarium. This exhibit has planter pockets that Aquarium staff must access at
least weekly for irrigation of the planter pockets. There are no safety mechanisms available to protect staff from
falling.
