Horace R. Collins Laboratory Renovation
Professional architectural and engineering services are requested to evaluate and design renovations to the
existing Horace R. Collins Lab building, located at Alum Creek State Park, in order to improve the building's
energy efficiency and its functionality. Currently, the building consists of a 2,000-square foot concrete block,
classroom with a maximum ceiling height of 30 feet, a 700-square foot lobby, offices and laboratory space.
