Hood and Duct Services RFI
Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research and attaining information only. The purpose of this project is to provide preventative cleaning for safety of the hood and ducts in the kitchen and grill areas. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, personnel, packing materials and transportation necessary for the cleaning of the hood and ducts in both the Coyote Pub Grill and the Beale Lanes kitchen areas.The contractor shall clean current hood and ducts of both Spare Time-1total (quarterly), and Coyote Pub-3 total (kitchen hood & pizza hood every six months and the front grill quarterly) Spare Time hood measures-10ft long, 46" tall, and 50" in width. Coyote Pub hood for the grill measures- 7ft long, 42" in height, and 4ft in width. Coyote Pub pizza hood measures- 9ft long, 40" in height, and 6ft wide. The Coyote Pub kitchen hood measures- 27ft in long, 50" in height, and 6ft wide. Contractor will complete the required preventative maintenance and cleaning. Prior to starting the work the contractor is required to coordinate with the Recce Point Club Manager. Contractor is responsible for cleaning up work area and dispose of all materials not used during project.Contractor is required to go through vehicle inspection and receive a pass to enter Beale Air Force base. They must comply with all the required guidance while on Base. Please see the attached document.
