Honokaa Safe House Group Home
The Provider shall provide a staff secured, community-based residential program for youth in need of a residential placement, more structured than a traditional group home but less severe than incarceration at the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility (HYCF) and to serve as a resource for the Office of Youth Services (OYS) and the Department of Human Services (DHS), Child Welfare Branch (CWSB), for youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement.
