Homeownership Counseling Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (AHA) desires to enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract(s) with one professional service agency to provide pre- and post-homeownership counseling services that will assist low to moderate income potential homeowners. The RFP seeks the following homeownership service: an 8 hour financial literacy education/training that includes debt management, budgeting, and credit counseling; An 8 hour homeownership education training to include home buyer certification accepted by most lenders and other agencies that provide down payment assistance; and the preparatory steps before purchasing a home in counseling in foreclosure prevention.
