Homemaker Services
The purpose of this Request of Proposal (RFP) is to provide Homemaker assistance to families or individuals in overcoming specific barriers in maintaining, strengthening, and safeguarding their functioning in the home. This service is designed to improve the quality of life by assisting parents in becoming more effective by the development of positive parenting skills, and to help the frail, ill and disabled adult to live as independently as possible in order to prevent or delay institutionalization.
