Homeless Youth Program

The Department is seeking proposals from qualified community-based providers to provide Homeless Youth services. The Homeless youth program is established within the Department to provide necessary outreach services to youth aged twenty-one (21) and/or younger, their families and/or legal guardians, including preliminary assessments, safety plans, and other services.
