Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) Basic Center Operations (BCO)
Official Notice to All Offerors the HDIAC BCO has been posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website as of 18 January 2018. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. All Inquiries including Questions on the RFP shall be submitted no later than close of business 1 February 2018. Section J Attachments are enclosed as a PDF Attachment within the RFP. All Offerors are advised to review the RFP closely. The Past Performance evaluation criteria has been revised since the release of the draft RFP. The Questions and Responses to the Draft RFP posted are enclosed as a separate attachment.
