The purpose of this Request for Application (RFA) is to identify and contract with qualified not-for-profit agencies as Regional Resource Development Centers (RRDC)1 to assist DOH with the administration of the NHTD and TBI waiver programs. The RRDC contracts, awarded for nine regions covering all New York State counties, will be for an initial twelve (12) month period, expected to begin October 1, 2009, renewable for four (4) additional one-year periods, ending December 31, 2014dependent upon continued funding availability and satisfactory contractor performance.
