Home Visiting Program
The State seeks proposals from public or private entities to serve as a community contractor to support the establishment of a local home visiting program, utilizing pre-selected evidence-based models, and development or enhancement of a local early childhood comprehensive system to support the health, safety, and development of young children in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals.
