This RFP seeks a firm or qualified individual to provide home inspections throughout the County for compliance with
HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and state and local property codes for single-family homes (including condominiums) pending purchase with CDBG and HOME dollars. This may be expanded later in 2011 to include inspections on single-family homes being rehabilitated.
