* Home Health In-take process assessment – draft surge process plan
* Asset/transportation assessment – regional database
* Needs assessment (e.g. PPE stockpile, communication capabilities)
* Communication plans – alert/update message/survey to clients or staff, trigger points for alert, decision makers
