Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services (DSS)-Child Welfare Services (CWS) Branch is interested in contracting, contingent on appropriate and sufficient funding, to address housing shortages for children needing out-of-home placement and to assist Child Welfare Services in identifying appropriate adults to serve as mentors to children in the foster care system.
