The Government intends to award a Sole Source, firm fixed price purchase order to Hogan Assessments. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $11 Million. The Naval War College (NWC), Newport, RI has a requirement for Hogan Leadership Assessments.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Although this acquisition is sole sourced to Hogan, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
