Request for Information Only

The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources for capable of providing pharmaceutical drug Hizentra 10GM/Vial and Disposable medical supplies to
support the injection of Hizentra for a bulk funded contract on an as needed basis via air freight to the VISN 20, Veterans Health System. See below for VISN 20 locations.

This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements and is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB s) MUST be registered in the Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages (Vetbiz) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) and the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/).

Responses are due by 4:00 pm PST on Thursday, July 27th and shall include the following information:

A letter from the manufacturer confirming your business is an authorized distributor for specific drug listed above.

Any response to this notice must show clear, convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Respondents shall be in full compliance with all Federal regulations regarding the sale and/or distribution of pharmaceuticals. Please note, the non-manufacturer rule applies per 13 CFR 121.406 , FAR 19.001.

In accordance with FAR and VAAR Part 8, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, 15 Jun 2016.
