Historical Workers Compensation Data Warehouse Project - Phase 1
The Department is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from firms interested in providing contracted services to analyze Data Warehouse requirements, create Kimball schema designs, and estimate the quantity of work necessary to perform develop. When development is performed it will be a Historical Workers Compensation Data Warehouse in a Microsoft Windows SQL Server 2008 64 bit Enterprise Edition environment using MS SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), IBM WebSphere Tx, and following the Ralph Kimball methodology. This RFP's work will include Kimball businesses analysis, Kimball bubble charts, interviewing, data exploration to determine data feasibility, requirements documentation, updated enterprise BUS Matrix, resource estimating, and updated schema documentation.
