Historical Research
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP) the Division
seeks proposals to research and write multiple historic context documents. Work will include
primary and secondary source research, photography, and writing a historic context narrative.
The Division is seeking an individual/firm to research and write two historic context documents, the African
American Experience in Louisiana and Education in Louisiana.
