Preservation Virginia is seeking a Contractor to perform structural repair and improvements and considerable masonry repairs to ensure the structural stability of the historic structures. The Slave Quarters will include masonry repairs and some carpentry restoration. The Smokehouse will include raising the building and temporarily supporting it while wood epoxy repairs are completed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as outlined in the following specifications and drawings.
