The City is seeking to contract with a contractor who will be responsible for
documenting through photography, drawing, and written documentation an architectural survey for
approximately seventy five (75) buildings in the proposed Whittington Avenue Historic District in
Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. The survey will entail completing a survey form for each
property as well as taking color digital and black and white photographs of each property. In addition,
color digital and black and white photographs of representative streetscapes will also need to be
provided. The contractor will also need to locate each resource on a United States Geological Survey
Map and provide UTM coordinates for each property.
