Historic Determination of Eligibility and Building Preservation Plan
The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest/Arctic Region 10, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the Historic Determination of Eligibility (DOE) for the Juneau Federal Building in the state of Alaska and a Building Preservation Plan (BPP) for the Richland Federal Building in the state of Washington. It is possible that a follow on for a BPP of the Juneau Federal Building will be added if building is determined to be eligible and SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
GSA requests that your firm provide a quote and complete technical package in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments.
Please see attached Statements of Work (SOW) for draft and final report due dates.
Offeror shall confirm that they have utilized the GSA's BPP Software. Offeror must have previously used the GSA's BPP Software to be considered eligible for award.
In accordance with FAR 5.102, interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information.
