The Lottery is inviting responses from qualified agencies to provide Hispanic Market (Spanish
language) advertising and integrated communications services for all Lottery products, with the
objective of maximizing net revenue from Lottery sales for the benefit of California public
education. The Lottery will consider proposals from partnerships and joint ventures, including
creative advertising agencies, media management firms, and public relations firms. The initial
contract term will be for five years with one 2-year extension option. The Lottery may extend
the term of the contract under the same terms and conditions, including pricing, for up to two
years
