Dear Prospective Offeror,
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) invites your firm to participate in this competitive solicitation for pricing, delivery and terms of potential sale on media monitoring company.
The purpose of this request is effectively monitor the full-range of media in Ethiopia and monitor the impact of USAID development outreach and communications activities, this will allow USAID to better determine the quality and quantity of USAID and U.S assistance coverage in the Ethiopia media.
The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
Submission of question regarding his RFQ will be open until August 17, 2018 5: PM local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post all answers to question by close of business August 20, 2018.

Agent at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation does not obligate USAID to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
