Hillside Pavilion Project
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held August 18, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond is required with the bid; 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder.
The contract includes, but is not limited to the removal of the existing pavilion concrete pad and pavilion. Modify the pavilion access including relocating a portion of a retaining wall, utilization of grass pavers for the maintenance road to the parking area, provide four (4) accessible parking spaces and provide an accessible asphalt pathway from the parking spaces to the pavilion. Additionally, successful bidder will provide a steel framed, open-sided pavilion with a metal roof, located on a poured in place concrete pad. Finally, the successful bidder will provide electrical conduit from existing 200A panel in the existing shed to the Pavilion. The purpose is to provide power to four electrical receptacles, mounted on the face of each of the four pavilion columns.
