Hillsdale Station Area Plan
The City of San Mateo (City) is seeking the services of an experienced and innovative urban planning firm, or consulting team, to produce the Hillsdale Station Area Plan. The Plan is intended to guide new development, increase affordable housing, improve mobility and access to transportation services, create/improve linkages between neighborhoods and the new transportation hub, and support the City's efforts in encouraging Transit-Oriented-Development (TOD).
