The county is seeking a consultant to develop a business plan, budget, and a signed and sealed
methodology that will allow the Traffic Services Division to comply with the new Federal mandate on sign
retroreflectivity. This professional engineering contract will be for a two-year period with an option to
renew for three additional one-year periods.
