Hill Farm Property Lease Equestrian Facility And Farm
It is the intent of the Town of Glastonbury to lease portions of the Town-owned 140+ acre WinterHill Farm property located on the south side of Bailey Street for continued agricultural use, horseboarding, equestrian training or any other use permitted in Glastonbury's Rural Residence zone.Other potential uses that could be approved by either Special Permit or Special Exception to theTown's Building Zone Regulations, such as greenhouses, nurseries, and recreational uses, will also beconsidered.
