Highway Seal Coat Project
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Hagerman Highway District will accept sealed bids on or before June 9, 2009 at 5:30 P.M. at the Hagerman Highway District Office, 903 Rocky Road Drive, Hagerman, Idaho, for approximately 6.1 miles of 2009 Seal Coat Project. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the District 's regular scheduled meeting on June 9, 2009 at 5:30 P.M. The Highway District will supply the asphalt at locations to be sealed and furnish cover coat material from existing stockpiles. The contractor shall be licensed as required by the Public Works Contractors State License Law of the State of Idaho and must comply with State and Federal Regulations. The Hagerman Highway District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids deemed best suited for the needs of the District. Contract documents with specifications and plans are available by contacting Mike Luna at 208-539-0898, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday.
