Highway Redevelopment Study
The County seeks a pre-planning consultant to produce a framework plan for an 850-acre redevelopment district including innovative tools and processes to implement that plan. The framework plan must be feasible to build through a developer-driven private-public partnership, and receive the demonstrated, broad support of stakeholders.
