Highway Improvement Project
The project consists of the milling of existing asphaltic concrete pavement and replacing with end-product asphaltic concrete, overlaying with asphaltic concrete friction course (asphaltic rubber), reconstruction of existing guard rail, repairing concrete bridge rail, replacing striping and other related work.
