Highway Design Services
The County is seeking one (1) or more qualified professional teams to provide highway design-build
services. The selected (not less than two but no more than five) design-build team(s) whose
combination of experience, personnel and equipment will provide timely, cost-effective, and
professional highway design-build services to the County will be eligible to submit a proposal for
work associated with the extension of the Boulevard should funding be approved for the
project.
