Project Description: The work consists of but is not limited to: traffic control, environmental compliance, grubbing, construction of subgrade, removal and disposal of existing culverts, supply and installation of new culverts, aggregate production, construction of granular base course, detour road, detour bridge, removal, and construction of the new Bridge.
