Highway Beautification Program
Under Section 1.2050 of the Standard Procurement Rules Central Management Services granted a waiver for Adopt-a-Highway Corporation to bid on this solicitation. A copy of the waiver is attached.
This is a concession contract for a Highway Beautifcation Program for the Illinois Department of Transportation. The Department seeks to partner with a Vendor for the management, maintenance and expansion of the First Ladys Wildflower Program, as part of an overall Highway Beautification Program (Program). The Program will include, but not be limited to, solicitation of sponsors for the existing state wildflower locations, as well as potential Program expansion including new locations. The Vendor will provide for the maintenance of the existing locations, as well as for the installation and maintenance of any new locations.
