High-Performance Computing (HPC) Cluster

The HPC cluster system equipped with latest Intel Nehalem CPUs will be used to solve various condensed phase problems, ranging from structure of liquid water to molecular electronics. State-of-the-art computational chemistry software, such as GAMESS, Amber, Gromacs, and Gaussian, will be installed and extensively used to accomplish such goals.
